2: Complete the application form and security agreement

If this is your first time working with The CommissionNow.com you will need to complete our "Application". Upon receipt by email or fax we will contact you to discuss your approval. Repeat clients may call for our verbal application process at (888) 266-6691 or (253) 627-5116.

3: We will fax or email you a written "Account Receivable Sale and Assignment" agreement for the receivable that you are selling.

We will also send you a list of supporting documents that we will need to finalize our transaction. They will include:

Copy of the Purchase and Sale agreement that you are brokering along with a Schedule of Receivables referencing other contracts or listings you may have pending if applicable.

Documents for execution related to the purchase of the commission and acknowledgement by the Designated Broker or Branch Manager assigning the receivables to CommissionNow.com.

A MLS printout showing the transaction as "Pending" and evidence of other listings and contracts.

Other information required to support the application may include, 1099 for previous year, real estate card, copy of driver's license, and a voided check.
